This downstairs two bedroom was renovated in 2016 and a little more was done in 2025. It has lots of living area and probably the best natural light you will find walking distance to campus thanks to eight large south facing windows. The bedrooms can each accommodate a queen size bed with space to spare. Central heat and air was well designed and works well. You’ll be in control of the temperature in the unit.
In 2025 we added in unit laundry, painted and replaced the old stove with a new gas range.
