The Security Deposit is equal to one months rent in all cases and is not the last months rent.

One spayed or neutered cat per apartment welcome in some units for additional pet rent of $20/month.
Most but not all our apartments are student only housing.
I do not offer short leases to new tenants but will extend a lease to accommodate someone who has lived in one of my apartments for one year. The exception being December through May leases are common.
I do not pay for internet or TV.
