This duplex has two very similar units. Number two is the one pictured but the other is laid out the same way. Both feature central heat and air which is easy because the apartments only have one room which is the bed/living room and kitchen but thankfully the bathroom is separate. The bathroom features a standup shower and a medicine cabinet with plenty of light.
The units are small but very close to campus.
Gas, electric, water and trash are included in the rent with no overage charges.
