This three bedroom one bathroom is currently undergoing an extensive remodel. It has a massive kitchen and a very nice bathroom. Large southern windows allow lots of light into the bedrooms and it even features an extra living area/dining area.
The photos in the slideshow are old. Three years ago it got a cute color scheme and looks great.
This is unit one, the one which faces Knoblock St, and is the entire downstairs.
I’ll put up photos of the inside as soon as there is more to see than construction debris.
