The furnishings pictured are not included. I can include some furnishing. There is a bed, sofa, table, chair and TV, I can include some basic kitchen stuff if needed.
This long narrow apartment is just about one block from OSU, has central heat and air, hard floors, no upstairs neighbor and convenient parking right by the door.
The bedroom is small and can’t accommodate a bed much larger than a long twin. But if you’re okay with this you’ll be rewarded with a nice apartment in good condition with plenty of room in the kitchen and living room.
