This is one of my favorite one bedroom apartments I manage. It’s upstairs, has lots of south facing windows, lots of floor space with a large carpeted living room and old hardwood in the bedroom. The bedroom also features an original hardwood built in closet that make me think of the captains cabin on some old square rigged clipper.
Gas, electric and water are paid.
I don’t want a cat in this apartment due to the potential for damage to the wood.
A mini-split heat and air system with a duct to the bedroom was installed in the living room since these photos were taken.
