Now here is a nice little apartment. Set back from the street in a little building behind a large old house you’ll find this little duplex. This unit is the bottom half and features hard floors in living area and new carpet in the bedroom, a full size kitchen with vent above stove. The bathroom has a closet and a bathtub. The apartment has two window units and a wall furnace but it sits a little below grade so it’s easy to keep cool or warm.
We are working on the unit now so it’ll look a little nicer than the photos I have now.
