This little upstairs apartment has a lot to offer in a little space. First the cutest little dishwasher I’ve ever seen and a kitchen separate from living area which has a little vent above the stove. The bathroom has a nice shower but also full size washer and dryer which are included and warrantied. The living room has lots of light from the southern windows but no glaring sun because of the large covered porch just out the door.
